There is no such thing as a coincidence. That is my absolute, firm belief. If something is meant to occur, the people and things which will allow an event to manifest will align themselves. With that said, I was meant to cross paths with and build a relationship with Kentrea. Prior to my experience with Kentrea, I was unsuccessful in my pursuit of purchasing a home last year. It was a complete disaster. I was run around in circles with no direction, my credit was pulled a whopping 12 times, I lost an exorbitant amount in earnest money deposits and walked away with zero to show for it. Honestly, I'd given up until coming across Kentrea. Something drew me to her. After reaching out and explaining how horrible my previous home buying experience was, Kentrea empathized with me, reassured and encouraged me. The gesture was very much appreciated but I still held doubts in the back of my mind. However, after falling flat on my face and losing a substantial amount of money last year, I had nothing to lose. As a result, I have ZERO REGRETS. My situation was a complicated one due to my being a travel nurse. Gaining approval was not an easy task, and to boot, I no longer wanted a single family home. My focus was now on finding a multifamily property. Kentrea introduced me to her wonderful mortgage team. Together, they became my personal home buying Avengers team. I could not have done it without them. I can talk about the steps we took and how she was very informative and knowledgeable about the process but logistics aside, what I appreciated more was the genuine care and concern Kentrea had for me during this process. As a first time homebuyer, there were many, many days where I wanted to throw in the towel and give up. I was literally on edge for the entire process. If there was any obstacle I became unsure and ready to walk away. My prior experience scarred me that deeply. However, Kentrea was patient, understanding and very much encouraging. It went beyond just a business transaction. She encouraged me to push through even when I thought it was no longer worth it. This process was an unforgettable learning experience that helped me grow in many ways, and I'm so grateful that Kentrea was able to assist me on this path. On 06/16/2022, the sweat equity and long days/nights paid off. We closed! Kentrea told me she would get me to the finish line and she did. This will not be our final transaction together. It is difficult to find someone you can trust, especially in this market as a first time home buyer and travel nurse. Even when I didn't believe. She believed. We did it! When it comes to patience, reliability, knowledge, trustworthiness, passion, empathy, encouragement, inspiration and style (because she is as beautiful on the outside as she is inside), Kentrea is your person. Let me start by saying Kentrea is the real deal for all of your Real Estate needs!!!! I’ve spoken to multiple agents prior to finding her and was so disappointed to the point where I almost gave up my dream to buy a home because the process was becoming overwhelming. As a first time home buyer you need someone you can trust that can help with the process and she did exactly that. Rest assured she is here to help you find your forever home, the only thing you have to do is trust the process!! Her thorough buyer’s consultation also helped me to understand phases and terminology that I would hear and give her some insight on the home I was looking for. Most importantly her inner circle of trust from Lender to home inspector is like no other and they have made my process so much better as well. I love the fact that I didn’t have to shop around for anyone. Most Agents want you to look for Lenders for Pre-Approval, meet you at their office from 9 to 5 and never answer your calls when you need them the most and that can stress you out. With Kentrea It was never a time when I doubted her process because she is that good at what she does. If you are military like I am she’s awesome in the VA home loan process as well.
